Daniel has called Central Virginia “home” his whole life and he truly loves helping others buy and sell real estate in the area. Daniel’s passion to help has earned him several accolades in the Real Estate Industry including the Silver Production Award from the Richmond Association of Realtors which put him in the top 10% of agents for number of homes sold in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Before selling real estate Daniel went to Liberty University where he graduated with a degree in Communications, but if you ask him, he will tell you that his greatest takeaway from Liberty was his beautiful wife, Tamara, who he’s been married to for 8 years and has 4 children with.

Rachel is a soon-to-be mother of two children and loving wife to Kevin. She never misses an opportunity to gather with family and friends, while preparing Southern dishes for everyone to enjoy. During down time, you can find her repurposing antique furniture and painting anything she can get her paint brush and hands on! Rachel is a native and current resident to Goochland County which shows in her passion for selling homes and land in Goochland and surrounding rural areas. Rachel joined Keeton & Company in the summer of 2016 as a licensed Virginia Realtor. She is motivated and enjoys advocating for her client’s needs. Always going the extra mile to ensure her client’s get the ultimate real estate experience and feel like they are being truly taken care long after they move into their new home. Rachel coordinates all aspects of the real estate transaction with client’s lenders and closing agencies, dedicating time to efficient and seamless closings.

Scott Gibson has been married to his wonderful wife Leslie for almost 7 years. Leslie manages a non-profit that helps people with no medical coverage get the healthcare that they need. They have two amazing sons, James who is 2 and Benjamin who was born in March of this year. Scott has lived in Richmond for over 20 years and has no plans on leaving anytime soon. He spends most of his free time playing with his sons, but if time permits he also enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball, watching a wide variety of sports, fishing, cooking, and getting together with friends and family. Scott has experience in property management which does give him an insight on what to look for when it comes to the quality/condition of a home and how well it has been maintained.

Katerina grew up in Goochland county, and enjoys expanding her network in the greater Richmond area as a PRO Richmond Team Leader. She decided to get her real estate license after closing over seventeen million dollars in mortgages as a loan officer. Her experience in that side of the housing industry allows her to serve her real estate clients with a higher level of knowledge and thorough understanding of the buying process. Katerina’s husband and father are both in the construction industry, so she spends a lot of her free time with friends and family exploring new communities and discussing real estate trends. You may also find her visiting pet friendly spots around Richmond with her two dogs, Theo and Lola. Although she is well traveled, she maintains that the greater Richmond area is her forever home and that she will always be passionate about real estate there.
