Lanes End

Beautiful homes in a beautiful country neighborhood!

Lanes End is a picturesque country neighborhood located in the heart of Goochland County. This neighborhood has homes starting in the mid $500s.

The well-appointed homes in Lanes End have open floor plans and are ready for entertaining. All of the homes in Lanes End were built by Main Street Homes, mostly between 2018–2019. The craftsman-style homes range from 2,500–4,500 square feet. With granite countertops, large islands, and stainless steel appliances, the kitchens are fully loaded. Enjoy relaxed meals in the generous breakfast nooks and gatherings in the formal dining room. With comfortable family rooms, gas fireplaces, screened-in porches, and loft areas, homes in Lanes End have it all! You’ll find first-floor master suites complete with en suite bathrooms—hello, garden tub!—and walk-in closets.

Thanks to rural preservation zoning, which requires fifty percent of the development to be open space and each lot to sit on at least two acres, homes in Lanes End are ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a rural lifestyle. There are also buffer zones around the perimeter of the neighborhood making each lot feel even bigger. The lots themselves are a mixture of both open pasture and wooded areas. Lanes End is connected to Breeze Hill, another beautiful neighborhood with homes custom built by Krickovic & Ziegler, Johnson Construction Co., and Steve Thompson Builder.

Surrounded by mature trees and with plenty of paved roads, this neighborhood is ideal for getting your steps in.
