Further, for those that desire a private education, there are two private school options within a 30-minute drive of the subdivision.

Education is not the only thing buyers seek when moving to Holland Hills, and it is the quick access to all of the area’s major hotspots that attract many. With U.S. Route 522 a stone’s throw away, residents have access to the amenities of Powhatan and Midlothian, the Blue Ridge Mountains to the west, and the City of Richmond to the East. When following Route 522 for a short 10 minute drive, residents will find the popular Maidens Landing on the James River.
